Our Playground is a colorful feature of our community for children of all ages to Enjoy. We work on keeping it clean, keeping the equipment maintained and add new features periodically to keep our community children interested in getting outdoors and playing!

The Pool @ Arbour Trace is a 75,000 Gallon Pool that was built in 1985. It is a uniquely shaped pool which we maintain and care for to ensure that we offer the best experience possible for a pool of it's age.
The Pool @ Arbour Trace follows all rules mandated by the Gwinnett County Environmental Department. Out of respect for residents with Smoke Allergies, we do not allow smoking anywhere within the Gated Area - but offer two smoking Areas outside the Gates - One at the back and one in the front. We are located off of Lawrenceville-Suwanne, 438 Arbour Run - Nestled between Richland and Falcon Creek Subdivisions. We feature paved parking which holds 22ea Cars and also a Fun and Colorful Playground area that your family can use while visiting the pool area. We are featuring 13ea Tables with most having 3-4 chairs per table. All Seating Is cushioned at the tables. We also have lounge chairs to sun in - featuring 17ea Loungers for the community to Enjoy. As you enter the gate, immediately to your right is the family friendly area featuring a toddler Splish Splash Table, small picnic table and a Step2 Fill able Toddler Pool - Hard Shelled so that it can be cleaned easily. There are also small toddler chairs. For the Older Children we also have a basketball hoop for those who like to play ball while in the pool and offer pool toys that everyone can use while at the pool. The pool is a large sized pool - 75 person capacity - perfect for families and is 3' deep on each end and goes to 5' deep in the middle of the pool. It also features a ledge seat at the 3' end on both sides for people to sit and cool off. The pool Is managed by a group of volunteers and is a family focused friendly pool. We also feature a grill area out back of the pool gate for those who like to cook out while at the pool. There are two grills and a fire pit area with seating. We ask that everyone pick up after themselves and keep the facility clean. Please close the umbrellas once done and throw your trash away. We have volunteers that will come by once a day to check the pool area, empty trash, make sure the on site bathrooms are clean and that the paper products are stocked, the plants watered and tidy the pool deck up. |
